Autobiography
Akhatov Ualikhan Akypbekovich was born on August 10, 1979 in the village of Zhambyl, Maktaral district, South Kazakhstan region. In 1996, he entered the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2000, he graduated with honors with a degree in Law. In 2000, he entered the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2002, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law with a degree in public law and Management. Since 2002, he has worked as an assistant, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law at the Faculty of Law. Since 2011, he has been acting as a professor at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law. From 2004 to 2008, he worked as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for Education. From September 1, 2008 to November 1, 2023, he worked as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for educational, methodical and educational work. Since September 2, 2024, he has been working as the Dean of the Faculty of Law.
